The factory selects original GCr15 high carbon chromium bearing steel raw materials and conducts spectral material analysis and non-destructive testing to prevent defective raw materials from being put into production.

 

Adopting the intermediate frequency hot forging integrated forming process, combined with annealing and stress relief treatment, makes the bearing blank structure more compact, fundamentally improving the product's impact resistance and deformation resistance. Relying on fully automated CNC turning equipment to complete precision machining, accurately completing drilling, chamfering, and shaping, ensuring product installation fit.

Heat treatment is the core key to the service life of bearings. We adopt a professional quenching+low-temperature tempering process to accurately control the balance between hardness and toughness, effectively solving the problems of long-term wear and deformation of products during driving. After multiple high-precision grinding and ultra precision grinding processes, the roughness of the bearing operation is significantly reduced, achieving low noise and high smoothness in driving.

 

In the assembly process, we carry out dust-free standardized operations, including ultrasonic deep cleaning, precise steel ball selection, quantitative high-temperature weather resistant grease injection, double-layer sealing press fitting, and precise assembly of ABS gear rings, to comprehensively improve the waterproof, dustproof, and leak proof performance of the product and adapt to various complex road conditions.

 

Different from the common sampling mode in the industry, our company is equipped with fully automatic clearance detectors and vibration and noise inspection equipment to achieve 100% full inspection of products before leaving the factory. We strictly screen for radial and axial clearance deviations, operational noise, and vibration defects to prevent defective products from entering the market. All finished products undergo rust prevention and sealed packaging treatment, suitable for long-term sea transportation and global warehousing and transportation, fully meeting the needs of foreign trade matching and high-end after-sales market.
